Cheese
poem about aged dairy
Tasty tart of cow: orange, yellow, white, then blue star to sun to supernova to black hole to black hole to black hole, each more pungent than the last.

Poetry Tip of the Day!
As a long-time cheese fanatic, this poem was inevitable. My general rule for cheese is the stinkier the better. Blue cheese dressing and wings, manchego cheese and crackers, french onion soup, gorgonzola on pizza…the list goes on and on and on. So then, how could I write a poem that properly captures the beautiful decay that is cheese? How could I do justice to both the smells and the tastes? This is my ode to cheese.
